Background

The Drayton Valley Hospitality and Tourism Authority (DVHTA) is a Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) that strives to develop strategic partnerships and alliances in order to broaden and grow the Drayton Valley and area experience in an effort to attract overnight visitors.

Through their activities and leadership, they aim to provide financial and personal support to their membership base of six hotel properties and a campground that all contribute funding to the DMO and its activities.

The Solution

The work that was completed for the DVHTA was extensive and rolled out rapidly, focusing on September 3, when the Tour of Alberta arrived in Drayton Valley.
